Oshawa community fights to keep an ethanol refinery away from its waterfront

The City of Oshawa and its residents, Canadian Environmental Law Association, Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA), Friends of Second Marsh and Lake Ontario Waterkeeper have joined together to oppose an ethanol plant at the Oshawa Harbour. They have launched a widespread public awareness campaign and are asking concerned members of the public to sign a letter of opposition.
